How Do I Order?
The ordering process is simple and secure:
- Upload your document to our secure server.
- One of our proofreading editors will word count your document(s).
- You'll be sent a Paypal invoice with the cost of your project to the email address you've provided.
- Once your payment has been received, the necessary proofreading and/or copy editing work will commence on your project immediately.
What Will I Receive?
On completion, you'll receive an editor's report containing all of the errors found and corrected. We recommend that you assess our changes and contact us with any queries or amendments that you would like us to make. Any changes that you require must be submitted within 14 days of you receiving your final edited copy. Any requests received beyond the 14 day limit may involve an additional fee.

Your manuscript is read line by line by the human eye and as such, some mistakes can be missed. Will My Document Be Kept Confidential?

After we have returned your proofread document to you, we will delete all copies from our system automatically after 14 days. Upon request, we can manually delete it immediately.
